Welcome to House Of Lagree, Edmonton’s premier Lagree fitness studio, pioneering the Lagree method in our city. At our studio, we foster a vibrant community where inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do - everybody is welcome to the House, regardless of fitness level or background. Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of all our members, one workout at a time.

Lagree is a unique workout that utilizes specialized equipment called Megaformers. The Lagree Method combines elements of core work, strength training, endurance and flexibility into one intense session. The workouts involve slow, controlled movements with constant tension on the muscles, promoting toning and sculpting, while being easy on the joints. Our Lagree classes can accommodate anyone from new fitness enthusiasts to professional athletes.

  • Equipment: Everything is done on the patented Megaformer

  • Main Principles: Breathing, centering and flow

  • Breaks: Short breaks between each exercise, resulting in lower heart rate

  • Equipment: A mixture of floor, Reformer and band work
