  • Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method that utilizes a Megaformer machine, combining elements of strength training, cardio, and core work. Developed by Sebastien Lagree, it focuses on slow and controlled movements to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, leading to improved strength, endurance, and flexibility. Lagree workouts are known for their intensity and effectiveness in sculpting lean muscles and improving overall fitness levels.

  • Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene. Our grip socks are available for purchase and can be picked up in our studio. Proper hydration before and after your workout is recommended, and sweat towels are always welcome.

  • Those with a membership can book 7 days in advance, while drop ins, class packs and our trial offers are 5 days. Private classes can be booked weeks in advance or as needed.

  • Get on the waitlist! You will be notified by the contact info you provided when a spot becomes available to you.

  • Cancel 8 hours prior to class: No penalty

    Cancel within 8 hours of class: $15 fee

    No Shows: $25 fee and/or loss of credit

    *** All cancellation and no show fees will automatically be charged to your account, in the form of a class credit and/or dollar amount off of the card on file.

  • Please arrive a minimum 5 minutes before your class. After the 5 minute mark, we will give the machine to the first person on the waitlist. If it's your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early for a proper introduction to our Megaformers.

  • Please give us a call beforehand so we can hold a spot for you. Otherwise, someone in the waitlist will be given your spot 5 minutes before the class starts and you will be charged a no-show fee. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

  • We would recommend 4-5 days a week, however, listen to your body. You may find you can handle more workouts the more you train!

  • Yes there are, however, when first starting, we recommend the Foundations class as it is a full body, classic Lagree workout. It will take a minimum of 3-5 classes to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and terminology. That being said, our Foundations class can still be a tough class that you can go back to for a solid workout time and time again!

  • All regular rate memberships are a minimum 2 month commitment that start on first usage, not purchase date. There may be promotional memberships that have a 3+ mopnth commitment. All memberships will continue after the committed time unless otherwise cancelled in advance. Membership purchases are non refundable.

  • The Lagree method is available to all body types, regardless of fitness background. Our certified instructors will provide modifications to make a movement more or less challenging. At any time you are welcome to catch your breath and jump back in when you are ready.

    * Please speak with your instructor or front desk if you have any injuries or other physical conditions.

    * If you are pre or post natal and have clearance from a registered doctor, please inform your instructor for proper modifications and safe transitions.

  • Every workout class has a 5-10 min warm up, depending on class type and difficulty. There is not a specific stretching component to the end of the workout as the workout itself is already strengthening and lengthening your muscles.

  • Absolutely! They have the option to purchase a drop in, class pack or membership.
