FIRST CLASS
An intense workout led by one of our House Of Lagree certified instructors. It will take a minimum of 3-5 classes to get used to the Megaformer and terminology as the Lagree Method is new to Edmonton.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Grip socks are mandatory for your safety and hygiene. Our grip socks are available for purchase in studio. Sweat towels and a water bottle are recommended to keep your Megaformer dry and your body hydrated.
WHAT TO BRING
First-timers must arrive 15 minutes early to allow your instructor to give you a machine orientation and to secure your spot.

WHO is lagree for
The Lagree method is available for all body types, regardless of fitness background. Our instructors can provide modifications to accommodate your needs. You must be 18 years or older to attend. If you are between 15-17 years old, a waiver will need to be signed by a legal guardian or parent. Please contact us for more details.
Please speak with your instructor or front desk if you have any injuries or other physical conditions.
If you are pre or post natal and have clearance from a registered doctor, please inform your instructor for proper modifications and safe transitions.

HOW OUR SCHEDULING WORKs
Our schedule is released 7 days in advance for those with memberships and 5 days in advance for class packs or drop ins. You can see up to 3 months in advance what classes we have scheduled.
WAITLIST
Get on the waitlist! You will be notified by the contact info you provided when a spot becomes available to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel 8 hours prior to class: No penalty
Cancel within 8 hours of class: $15 fee
No Shows: $25 fee and/or loss of credit
All cancellation and no show fees will automatically be charged to your account, either in the form of a class credit or dollar amount off of the card on file.
